In the continuity of the hall, an equipped kitchen, with hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric water heater and coffee machine. Then, a space for the bedroom, partitioned if necessary by curtains, with two single beds and a living/dining room with a table and two chairs, armchair, sofa, coffee table, TV and WiFi. Access to a terrace on the ground floor, facing west.
In common for residents, a bicycle and stroller space in the entrance of the building.

It consists of two flats, one of which is on the ground floor (three and a half rooms, max. occupancy 6 persons, approx. 65 m2):
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (electric hobs, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), a large living room, open to the dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with four beds (bunk beds in pairs) and a bathroom (bathtub and WC). South-facing terrace.

The chalet (two apartments) is situated in a calm and flat location, five minutes’ walk from the heart of the village and two minutes’ walk from the Diablerets Express cable car.
The apartment consists of a fully fitted kitchen (four-hob cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a living/dining room, a small bedroom with two (bunk) beds, a bedroom with a large double bed, and another bedroom with two (bunk) beds.
